First Day:
Starting the daylight pick up at your caribbean hotel to start 3 hour drive to Selva Bananito Lodge, a family owned rain forest hotel. Located 20 kms south and 15 kms iland from Puerto Limon, nearby to La Amistad Biosphere, Central America's
largest conserved expanse of virgin rainforest.
The rainforest near to the hotel covers almost two thirds of the family land.
The property have seven single cabins built of goog salvaged wood, standing on stilts following Caribbean custom
with personal tiled bathrooms and solar heated water.
All cabin features one queen size bed and one full size bed. To conserve
more natural night time ambiance, the hotel uses no electricity. Selva Bananito Lodge have the privilege of exploring a
pristine genuine environment in the intimacy of a small group, meanwhile learning about human land use in the lowland
tropics.

Activities include: Wonderful bird watching in the reserves and forests surrounding the field, tree canopy
expedition with rope and harness, waterfall and cascades and horseback rides.
Second Day:
Day to enjoy Selva Bananito, included are a one day waterfall hike, introductory tree climbing, horseback tour, and a two
hour through the "Estrella River" estuary and canals and the unique Caribbean wildlife sanctuary of Aviarios del Caribe.
Third Day:
Transfer to Casa Camarona Lodge, a charming ocean front lodge located directly in front of a lush and secluded beach
surrounded by birds, buttrflies, and monkeys. Explore the town of Puerto Viejo and the many nearby baches considered among
the most beautiful in Costa Rica. Free use of ocean kayaks and bikes.
Fourth Day:
Day on your own to enjoy Casa Camarona.
Fifth Day:
After breakfast transfer back to San Jose
